Stony River Subdivision

The Stony River Subdivision extends from Bayard, West Virginia to Stony River, West Virginia along the former Western Maryland Railway’s Stony River Branch.

HISTORY:
The Stony River Branch was opened & leased by the Western Maryland Railway in 1963 from Bayard, West Virginia to the Mount Storm Power Station. The line is now operated by CSX.
